The Divin Porcello is a typical restaurant where tradition is fused with innovation. We process seasonal products from our valleys, using new induction technology to make the cooking process more delicate and to exalt the quality of the foods.
The menu caters for all tastes, from meat lovers to vegetarians, with dishes that tell the story of our territory based on very old recipes or the chef’s imagination, with a few modern touches. It’s difficult to become tired of the many specialities on offer, but it’s easy to fall in love with our flagship dishes, such as the starter made up of cold meats that we cure in house (11 different types!), including the impressive crudo di Masera, lardo with herbs and the Mortadella Ossolana (Slow Food Presidia).
